Membership Basics

Do I need a membership to book a service?

Nope, you do not need a membership. We book lots of one off services and are happy to serve you however you’d like. If you want to benefit from additional savings and perks, memberships are worth considering!

You choose a plan based on how often you want visits — from Lite Care at 10 visits/year to Deluxe at 48 visits/year. Your dedicated home expert visits on a set schedule to handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and contractor services. You can also request tasks anytime through our app.

The Concierge Membership includes everything in our Access plans plus VIP perks: same-day scheduling, quarterly deep-maintenance visits, seasonal service packages, concierge contractor coordination, and an annual Home Health Report.
A standard visit lasts about 1 hour and 45 minutes, with all labor included for the tasks on your list. We bring basic parts and materials for common fixes.

Services & Coverage

What kinds of services do you offer?
We handle a wide range of services: handyman work, plumbing and electrical fixes, contractor services, smart home installations, preventative maintenance, doors/windows/screens, and specialty projects like TV mounting or garage organization.
We don’t provide pool cleaning, landscaping, or deep cleaning. For specialized or large-scale projects (like major remodeling), we connect you with trusted contractors and can coordinate the work for Access Members.

How do I book a visit?
Requesting services through our app is fast and easy! You can get estimates and schedule the service in just a few simple steps.
Just send a message in the app! If it’s urgent, we’ll prioritize you — and if you’re an Concierge Member, you get same-day scheduling whenever possible.

Who are your home experts?
Every One Home Solution pro is a full-time employee, not a subcontractor. We hire less than 10% of applicants, and every team member is background-checked, fully trained, and equipped with professional tools.
Our pros wear protective gear as needed and follow a strict code of respect for your home and family.

Billing & Guarantee

How does billing work?
Membership is billed annually, and all included visits cover labor at no extra cost. Any larger parts or specialty items can be purchased by us (with your approval), or you can buy them yourself.
We stand by our 5-Star Service Promise. If the problem comes back, so do we — and if a repair isn’t right, we’ll fix it at no extra charge.
